"In fact, there should be a number beyond 5 for Customer Service. A year ago, I purchase another Eclipse Sun Shade, having purchased one for each vehicle I’ve owned over the past 15 years. Unfortunately, the Shade was slightly defective (it would not open and close easily). I finally contacted Eclipse to see if I could get a replacement Shade. I explained the problem.
